Matthew Sulkosky
[ FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ]
Matthew (or simply Matt, if you will) is a force in the defense industry driven by the desire to create impact. Before founding Millennial Software with Phong Nguyen in 2019, Matt’s career began in the National Guard, where he worked in telecommunications.
This path in life launched his interest in software and national security. Since then, Matt’s dream has been to build a company for engineers and developers propelled by innovation. Matt leads the company and team to break ground, while continuing to be hands-on in the development of products.
When not working on solutions and new ideas, you can find Matt at home in his chicken coop, playing with his kids, or tackling his ever-growing list of audiobooks.
Phong Nguyen
[ CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER ]
If multitasking is a superpower, then no one could wield it better than Phong. With over two decades of defense industry experience, Phong co-founded Millennial Software in 2019 alongside his friend and coworker, Matthew Sulkosky.
Now, Phong directs our team's focus towards improving existing technology. Aside from managing our operations, Phong stays even more busy by developing web applications and data ingestion pipelines. His expertise in spring boot services, SQL, microservices, AWS, and containers combined with his implementation of best practices are invaluable to our team.
When not chasing the excitement of a long day at work, you can find Phong enjoying time with his kids, reading science fiction and fantasy, and trying to catch up on his favorite television shows. As he always says, work-life balance—even for the best multitasker—is key.
[ CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER ]
With an impressive background as a technical leader and extensive experience with full stack software engineering and infrastructure DevSecOps, Brian brings remarkable value having spent 16+ years in the Intelligence Community.
Brian’s career began in 2008 as a Software Engineer where he gained valuable insight into mission-centric operations, and has since evolved to strategically leading solutions for customers. At Millennial Software, Brian shapes our technological landscape and spearheads Research & Development of innovative products.
Far away from the office, you can find Brian chasing his two small kids around (which is not exhausting for him because he is an avid runner), playing video games (Warcraft and Final Fantasy), and spending time with friends and family.
Brian Kalb
Timothy Worcester
[ DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ]
Timothy, better known as Tim, is relentless in his pursuit of excellence. He has passion for the mission and a long track record of success within the defense industry. Tim’s career started with supporting the GDMS Tactical Control Center in 2010, which paved the way for his later work with space defense.
His expertise spans a range of programming languages and agile methodologies, which he leverages to drive collaborative and efficient development processes at Millennial Software. His ability to innovate and deliver exceptional results positions him as a trusted leader in the field.
When not in the office working hard, you can catch Tim traveling with his family or playing Dungeons & Dragons. According to Tim, possessing creativity and a youthful spirit are factors in his ability to come up with creative solutions to the toughest questions.
Jennifer Krajic
[ DIRECTOR OF MISSION SOLUTIONS ]
Can one person really do it all? Jennifer gets close. From defining the vision and roadmap for solutions to actually bringing those solutions to life, Jennifer is a valued collaborator to our team.
Her journey in defense contracting began in 2015, where her initial role as a math analyst provided her with exposure to aerospace engineering and the opportunity to work on a research team specializing in future space concepts and space situational awareness. Now, with her wealth of experience in data analysis, process improvement, and solution management, she continues to make important contributions to our team.
Outside of the office, you can find Jennifer working on her home remodeling projects. She also enjoys hiking with her family and watching sports with her kids.
Mike Seldowitz
[ BOARD MEMBER ]
Mike has supported the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community for over three decades. Mike has been involved in nearly every aspect of system development, from defining requirements to deploying systems all over the world.
He has provided strategic guidance to defense companies developing hybrid-cloud infrastructure automation and resilient communications solutions. His experience and leadership give way to valuable insights for Millennial Software. Mike continues to try and retire, but something keeps pulling him back in…he enjoys traveling, collecting contemporary art, and taking time to relax outside.
